What we collect
Your mobile number (you sign in with it), your name, your delivery address and, if you choose to add it, your email; plus the contents of your cart and your order history.
How we use it
To deliver your orders, contact you about them, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations, including tax records.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on its secure page. We never see or store your full card details.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store: Google Firebase, which sends your sign-in code by SMS and uses reCAPTCHA to block automated abuse; our payment provider; and delivery couriers. We don't sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and your language, and reCAPTCHA on the sign-in page. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email info@veloras.app and we'll respond promptly.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as the law requires, and the rest only while your account is active.
