How to return an item and get your money back.
Returns window
You can ask to return an item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For these returns you arrange and pay for the return shipping; we refund the item once it reaches us.
Items we can't take back
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items, wet wipes and feminine-care products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5–14 business days.
